Angela Kwokori

Angela Kwokori has significant experience in a range of family matters, including divorce and dissolution proceedings, advising on the financial issues arising on the breakdown of a marriage/ civil partnership, nuptial agreements, disputes between cohabiting couples, and private law children proceedings.

Angela qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, having gained a number of years’ experience in Family Law since 2013. Angela trained and practiced at Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners ranked firms based in London, prior to joining Sternberg Reed as an Associate in November 2023.

Angela is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Pensions and Complex Higher Income Financial Remedies. Being a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive manner, Angela applies its Code of Practice to the handling of her clients and their matters.

Angela does not have a ‘typical’ client, as she acts for parties in cases ranging from having relatively modest assets, to assets worth millions; young adults, to clients nearing retirement age; clients requiring a prenuptial agreement before entering into a marriage, to clients who have come to the end of their marriage.

Regardless of the issues to be dealt with, Angela seeks to minimise conflict in her cases, as she appreciates the short and long-term benefits for her clients and their families. Whilst she is adept in managing cases in the court arena, insofar as possible, Angela endeavours to utilise alternative methods of resolving disputes for her clients. She has been commended by her clients for her ‘tact and compassion’, and her approach has been described as ‘human’.
