Experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
You will be responsible for your own caseload dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, LPA’s Tax Planning, Court of Protection and other related matters, as well as offering support to the other team members when needed. Ideal candidate would also have experience of marketing and business development to help drive the department forward. This is a full-time position based in our Grays office providing a service to our clients either remotely or at any one of our offices. You will be a minimum of 3 years PQE. Hybrid working available.  24 days a year annual leave plus bank holidays.  Competitive salary based on experience.
Family and child law paralegal
Family and child law paralegal sought to join our vibrant and expanding team based in Grays, Essex. If you are enthusiastic and ambitious with a passion for family law, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your skills and pursue a career in family law. You will be required to support a Partner in the family and child law department, and there may also be an opportunity for you to have your own case load. Previous family and child law experience and legal aid experience desirable but not essential. A great salary, and other staff benefits including training contract opportunities.
