Private Client Solicitor x2 - Wickford and Canterbury
Due to expansion and growth , we are looking for 2 Private Client Lawyers to take over existing caseloads and help manage the growth of the department.
You will be responsible for your own caseload dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, LPA’s Tax Planning, Court of Protection and other related matters, as well as offering support to the other team members when needed.
There will also be elements of business development and you should be confident in establishing, growing and maintaining client contacts in what is very much a client facing area of law.
These are both full-time positions, one being based in our Wickford office, and the other in our Canterbury office. You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE.
Private Client Solicitor – Barking
We have a vacancy for a full time NQ to 3 year PQE Solicitor. You will be responsible for your own caseload dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including Wills, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, LPA’s Tax Planning, Court of Protection and other related matters, as well as offering support to the other team members when needed.
There will also be elements of business development and you should be confident in establishing, growing and maintaining client contacts in what is very much a client facing area of law.
This position is based in our Barking office but the successful candidate may be expected to work from any of our other offices as and when required.
Private Client Paralegal - Canterbury
We are looking for an experienced full time Paralegal to provide support to the Private Client team in delivering high quality legal services. This role involves assisting with various tasks related to wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
You should have previous experience of working in a busy Private Client team and it would be desirable if you have previous experience of running files.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. 24 days a year annual leave, rising after 5 years by a day a year to a maximum of 29 days, plus bank holidays.
Family Solicitor - Canterbury
We are looking for a Family Solicitor to take over an existing caseload of legal aid finance and children work. This is a full-time position based at our Canterbury office.
You will need to have at least 2 years previous experience of working in legal aid finance and children work. Panel membership would be desirable.
